Pathways to Stability
Key Assets are looking for people who are interested in working with children and young people with complex or extreme needs. Key Assets are urgently needing self-starting, motivated and highly skilled people who have some experience working with difficult and challenging behaviours across all age groups.
We need carers who are positive, resilient and dedicated to support children and young people to transition from residential care settings into their family home.
Children and young people within this program require intensive support to meet their individual needs which spread across a variety of domains i.e. education outcomes, social outcomes and mental health. We need foster carers who can prioritise their role as a foster carer full-time. Key Assets will provide you with reimbursements of $1000 per week to cover the costs associated with this role.
