Paula Holden – Chief of People and Culture
We are very pleased to announce that Paula Holden has been appointed Chief of People and Culture of Key Assets Australia.
“Paula is a great fit for KAA and I know she is very excited about starting her journey with us” Dr Jackson said.
As an established Senior Executive and Board Director, Paula brings over two decades of experience in various ‘for profit’ and ‘for purpose’ organisations. She has built her professional practice in Human Resources, Customer and Safety, always seeking to build capability and synergise the people experience with the overall business strategy. Paula is deeply passionate about inclusion and helping others see their potential in themselves.
Often labelled as a “people person”, Paula has practiced values-based leadership in transformational settings, most recently in implementing NDIS across a large NFP in disability. Paula is committed to building strong, inclusive communities and networks to enable others find the spark in themselves. Paula is invested in helping others imagine what is possible.
Continual learning is important for Paula, she believes we never stop learning about ourselves or the world around us. This has taken Paula down a path of formal and informal learning, including various postgraduate qualifications in human resources, business, strategy, and leadership. Paula also holds membership with a number of professional associations including Fellowship of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on a number of Boards in the NFP space.
With energy to burn, you will often find Paula either teaching group fitness or pursuing her next physical goal (think Great Wall of China trekking, etc). With two teenagers in the house and a flurry of sporting pursuits, there is never a dull moment. For Paula family is everything, and connecting others with a sense of belonging has been one of the influencing factors in joining Key Assets.
